Our Returns Policy (Online Orders)

At The Golf Factory we want to make sure that you have the best shopping experience possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer you a refund. 

 

Brand New Equipment/Products (New in wrapper)

  • You have 14 days to ship any unwanted item(s) back to us after the first attempted delivery date by our courier.

  • Please take reasonable care of the item(s) while in your possession.

  • We kindly request that all item(s) be returned in their original and new condition so that we can restock and resell them.

  • If possible please do not break any seals or allow for any marks and/or damage to the original packaging.

  • Securely package your goods when returning them so there is no damage in transit.

 

Pre-owned Equipment/Products

  • You have 48 hours from receiving your item to inform us should you wish to return a product.

  • You have up to 5 days to ship the unwanted item(s) back to us after the first attempted delivery date by our courier.

  • Please take reasonable care of the item(s) while in your possession.

  • We kindly request that all item(s) are returned in the same condition, as it was when it was shipped to be eligible for a refund. We reference returned items condition against original images of the product for damage or use. Equipment that has been used since purchase will not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Securely package your goods when returning them so there is no damage in transit.

Returns

We kindly request that returned item(s) be in original packaging with all tags still attached and in perfect condition where applicable.

 

You can confirm your intent to return all or part of your order by emailing us. Please enter ‘Return Request’ in the email header, include your order number with details of why you wish to return your item(s) along with a phone number for us to get in contact.

 

Once you have emailed us, you will be contacted by a member of our team who will guide you through the process of returning your item(s). All items are returned at the buyers cost unless they are found to be faulty.

 

Refunds

Refunds on products can only be processed using the same  method you paid with.

Please note: We do not offer refunds on shipping costs and payment surcharges. Refunds are automatically calculated for the value of the goods being returned less any discounts, freebies and surcharges.

All sales are final once you leave the shop. Before you buy any used clubs you are welcome to try them to ensure they are correct for you.

 

We do not accept returns unless a product is found to be faulty.

 

New items can only be returned for a full refund in the original condition that they were purchased. This includes the original tags and packaging.
